Shipping
The order is sent from our warehouse in Sweden. It is packed and sent between Monday and Friday. If you place an order on a Swedish holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.
Deliveries
We always aim to deliver your order within normal timeframes. We can only deliver to home or business addresses, not PO Boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live. We use UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery.

OUT OF STOCK
What happens when the product you desire is not in stock?
When the product you desire is out of stock, you can choose to join our waiting list. We will contact you before our next production cycle at the factory to confirm your continued interest in acquiring your AUK Protection garment. Please be aware that, in exceptional circumstances, this process may take up to 10 months. Rest assured, your order or expression of interest remains non-binding throughout this entire period.
Why do we operate this way? For several reasons, we prefer not to produce more products than we anticipate selling for the next slot in the factory. However, on occasion, this can happen, and our shelves may run empty.
By producing only what is needed and avoiding excessive manufacturing, we minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint. This eco-conscious strategy aligns with our strive to sustainability and minimizing the impact on our planet.
